Q: Do you do custom paint work on your masks and props?

A: Yes! When ordering your mask or prop, select “Custom Paint” Once you’ve placed your order go to the “Contact Us” page and send us a message with your paint scheme request. If there are any questions we will contact you as soon as possible.

Q: Do you take custom commission orders?

A: We do accept requests for custom commissions. As we are a small group of artists, availability can be limited and on a case by case basis factoring in time, complexity, and budget. Please use the “Custom Commission” button on the Contact Us page to access the custom commission form. Once submitted we will review the request and reach out if we are able to take on your project.

Q: When is the best time to order masks and props for Halloween?

A: It is always best to plan ahead. The summer months are the best time to order your masks and props with the shortest wait time. As the dates move closer to Halloween the wait times increase and guaranteed Halloween delivery does eventually come to a close based on production load.
